This course was amazing.
I am certainly awed over the intricacies of the human brain and nervous system. Lots of difficult concepts to absorb, but the course enables lots of repetition, and adjustments to answers in order to deepen the understanding. I am finding myself excited to see what the next modules will teach.
This took longer than I thought, and although the section on developing mindfulness exercises seemed to short for my yoga-teaching self, I got everything I needed out of the course, and more.
I feel empowered to understand how my own brain functions, and I cannot wait to share what I have learned. Most importantly, to support those around me using the knowledge from this course. Thank you for making neuroscience education accessible!
