this course has shown to be very thorough and comprehensive, covering all major areas of what it means to be a life coach as well as presenting an overview of the most popular specific coaching specialties. It has given me tools to nurture and grow my current practice, and allowed me to review, revisit and reconsider areas of my work so I can become a better coach and mentor for my clients. It also provides great techniques that can serve both for personal development and to work with clients. This course is more than I expected when I was looking for a certification to give credentials to my work.
I am autistic myself and being able to access this material whenever works for me is great. It confirms much of what I live but also adds different perspectives and approaches which have the potential to help those I aim to support (as well as helping me, potentially).

The course is a pdf document with a short YouTube video to summarize. Though I understand it is an « at your own pace » kind of course I would have appreciated to have a live person teaching the material rather than just having the audio reading the PDF word forward.
Furthermore, the platform is extremely slow, and there are frequent bugs.
