Although I am not a therapist, I do work with people on a daily basis. I have learned new aspects and approaches to art that I can use in my daily interation with people. This is valuable information and presented informatively and easy to digest format.

The reminders about celebrating milestones, breaking down big goals, and guiding clients to uncover their authentic “why” all echo the heart of my own work: helping others return to wholeness through conscious creation.
