This course is excellent! I have learned so much in these few weeks and I feel so much better in my health journey as a result of implementing the knowledge I have learned. This format is "learner friendly" as it allows flexibility for the learner to work at his/her own pace. I have enjoyed learning how the body functions and how important the brain and body connection is in one's health.

I found this course to be really interesting and well structured. The content was evidence-based, clearly explained, and full of practical strategies that are actually useful in real coaching situations. It’s strengthened my confidence in supporting neurodivergent clients and gave me new perspectives on ADHD.

The course is interesting but a little repetitive and needs to be a little more ADHD Friendly structured.
Alot of information to unpack though it doesn't always go in have to revert back to my notes. I have ADHD so I prefer bullet points and ways to break down meanings for me to remember them.

I Love the course and how easily understandable and practical it is.
The content of this course is outstanding. I really like how the audio is embedded with the written text. I would suggest adding video clips within in module and breaking the quizzes down. (ex . watch short video clip, listen to content, answer 5/10 questions and continue back to content and questions) Adding question variation to the quiz would be great as well.
This course was very user friendly. the quizzes and final exam were comprehensive and pertinant for the material

I was able to get certified in a week and have a great basis of understanding to help my clients
The questions are a little vague. I have been coached and my wife is a life coach so the methods are familiar. Some of the questions could relate to many different coaching practices
