As an introduction to skills and potential, it's not bad. The course was in text only, no images, videos or case examples. There was quite a lot of repetition. The risks and dangers of art therapy were not covered effectively, such as clients who abreact, clients who 'can't draw'. There was quite a lot of 'toxic positivity' enumerating the advantages of art therapy, a powerful but complex and challenging profession but with significant risks and dangers. Anyone completing this course and imagining they can provide art therapy would be severely deluded. The track record of discriminant personality change is not good: terms like 'improve your personality' 'my best qualities' are in danger of skating over the darker qualities in all of us.
it was informative but delivery style must be improved
the contents are holistic and relevant, however the delivery style for each module is very dry and monotonous. there are some information that are not up to date and the questions and answers in the last sectio for certification can be better designed.
This course offered invaluable information and practical guidance for creating systems as well as learning. Some aspects were repetitive however overall, it was an insightful and beneficial course.
Technically+structurally a bit unclear. A map at the end about the structure of the webpage+curriculum+options would be nice.
For example: there is a chance to rewrite my answers or there is a choice to learn with quizzes after each chapter etc
I made the decision to educate myself on my own brain and how it works, and this course has already been a huge help. I’m only on mod 3, so I can’t wait to finish and tell my ADHD friends what I’ve learned. I plan on taking a lot more life coaching courses, and transform myself successfully before I take on new clients, and I’m very excited that I added this course to my list. I’m only giving it 3 stars because there are no videos nor is there a workbook, and it’s incredibly repetitive. That’s great for me as I am the one with ADHD, but that’s definitely why others accuse it of being a completely AI generated course. I love that reading it forces me to soak up the information because you will read the same thing MANY times, but it does seem like a waste of paper.
The content and voice over being AI generated makes me worry that the information is not 100% correct and makes me feel like I need to look into another course in addition to be safe. Having said that I am enjoying the content and the structure
It was not quite what I expected of this class. It is still very informative and useful.
Not being a native English speaker, I struggle a bit with vocabularies.
I am an auditory learner and the speaker was extremely monotonous. You have a lot of great information to share but the presentation was incredibly boring.
It's ok, it gives some knowledge, but I wouldn't say that this is enough to become a nutrition coach. More is needed since it just scrapes the surface.
Also, like all nutrition sources, this is highly biased. Every Harvard guru out there will have a different opinion (e.g. on vegan vs meat dense diet or lots other stuff), and this course certainly leans on specific recommendations that are disputable.
Basically, this course seems to be about: read these PDF's! I expected (with the worth being 444 euros) that there would at least be some videos of engaging teacher, with some real-life examples. Also, some of the answers in the questionnaires are not the same as what's put in the text. I might still come to really insightful information in the upcoming modules, but it's not radically refreshing for me.
