This course provided me with invaluable and practical information that prepared me to handle a variety of real-life situations as a coach. The modules are well-written, easy to follow, and packed with content, enriched with concrete examples, clear graphics, and academic references. The team did an outstanding job of putting all the material together. Furthermore, the option to study with the audios is a very convenient resource, especially for auditory learners.
So far this course has been rather educational and filled with good information.
I really enjoyed the course and the depth of information around the brain and how it works. I believe I can use this information in many ways in my coaching practice and raise my awareness.
