This is a very efficient way to get certified in this discipline. It seems to cover all basics. I like that you can read all of the material instead of listening to lectures, and that you can go at your own pace.

I appreciated how the course materials were thoughtfully structured, the content flowed well and was easy to follow. That said, the format leaned heavily on PDFs and audio read aloud of the PDF, which made it feel more like reading a book. Regarding the final test: For the question “True or false? The integration of positive psychology benefits Ikigai coaching by adapting concepts from Western methodologies.” The answer should be marked as True. Positive psychology, especially the PERMA model, clearly supports and deepens Ikigai coaching by aligning with its focus on purpose, well-being, and personal growth. Despite this hiccup, I found the overall experience enriching.
