It's interesting and very practical
Its very interesting how our brain works to learn and memorise throughout our life.
I really enjoyed this course—clear audio and text made it easy to follow. The content strongly aligned with my own coaching philosophy of creating value for others and helping them uncover their purpose in life (ikigai).

The structure is clear, the content is deeply reflective, and each lesson feels like a step toward real transformation - not just for my clients, but for me personally as well. It is ok but would be better if it was interactive with videos its a bit boring just reading or audio and it quite text heavy.
