Great course!!! Offers a broad-based approach to coaching, touching a wide range of approaches and techniques. An indispensable foundation course you will have to take before going for the more specialized courses.
I think it is missing a little more visualizations, to have some graphics, to not only hear and read but something that catches the brain

The material in this certification is very easy to understand because it is complete, practical, and hands-on. You can directly practice it with people close to you

simple and easy to understand
The course content flows well and is relevant - there could be a variation of presentations (ie: short videos of examples or varied forms of media) it is all reading.
Simple and straightforward
Appreciate the step by step, model answers and quiz style. Finding the content informative and helpful.
I understand why it’s set up this way, but it can be tedious, because new info is thrown in among a lot of restating and summarizing so you cant skip any sections but 90% of the info has already been presented. Really wish there were more specifics and examples. For example, it mentions teaching active listening skills, but doesn’t elaborate
