I have thoroughly enjoyed this course. The content was well organized, engaging, and highly relevant to both my professional practice and personal interests. Great tools and examples and guidance
I love that it was easier to understand why to do things, than the high priced one I paid for and didn’t get much out of.

but a little repetetiv, i think this course could have been made much shorter.

This course gave me such a deep dive into supporting women through all the stages of menopause as a coach, with indepth clinical information backed by evidence and referenced. I'm so excited to add this knowledge to my coaching skillset. Can highly recommend.
