I completed and passed the test over the Summer of 2024. I never received my certificate that I paid for so I reach out to support. They said that they have no record of me completing and passing a test. So I logged into my account and lo and behold, I had to do all the work all over again. Not the worst thing in the world but, not great business practices.

It's been great thus far; however, I just completed 10 modules, all the quizzes & the final exam & it says I'm not finished. I'm confused.
This course was an absolute gem! I've taken my fair share of online courses, and this one stands out as a truly exceptional learning experience.
