These course is very informative and Holistic information. It’s help to integrate the life style plan from Mind body approach
this course is mervellous with great contents for personal evolution, self empowerment and self development
Great content and helpful examples to use in practice. I would say for me, the only draw back is the lay out of the text. It is done in a very repetitive, text heavy and monotomous way, not sensitive to help neuro-divergent mind. But course content is great.
