I already am big on helping clients with nutrition, was happy with information in the course
This course was very detailed, providing both the academic information to fuel a coach's ability, and practical techniques to implement with clients. While it lacked a step by step on how to start and continue coaching as a business, it comes with a separate course that focuses on that aspect. All in all, I am very satisfied with this course.
This was a great course that had relatable examples and assignments making it easier to understand.

As a professional in wellness already (nurse in wellness clinic) I did find the information in the modules to be informative and presented well. My issue was the “final” at the end. I felt that absolutely anyone could have simply taken that without having to read through any of the modules because the way you have the responses made it quite clear what the answer should be. Therefore I’m not sure that any “Tom, Dick, or Harry” couldn’t just complete this module in about 30 seconds and then because “certified” in menopause management. The questions at the ends of the modules were thought provoking so why were the final ones so easy?
Course was informative and easy to follow.
This course not only offered me the opportunity to learn more about what happens in an individual's life after the loss of a loved one, but this course has helped me see the importance of evolving after any loss. I was able to recover and then release areas of my life that I had not grieved and work through my own personal journey to discovering a better me.
Thoroughly enjoyed the course, very informative, easy to read and understand, great insight provided, covered every aspect of ADHD coaching.
I undertook this course to challenge and extend my existing knowledge of neurodiversity. While many concepts were familiar through my own independent research and lived experience, the course provided additional depth, practical strategies, and new perspectives that enhanced my understanding and confidence in supporting neurodivergent individuals.
The course was tough, but well worth it
Very interesting and detailed course materials with great mind boggling questions.
I really enjoyed doing this course and learned so much from it. The best part about it was that I could learn at my own pace and each module was available in audio and text, which were both downloadable. I will definitely be purchasing more courses to broaden my knowledge and certification.
Lots of current science based information. I learned a lot to help people
I have actually taken several Spiritual Courses from various sources as part of my certification process. All of the other courses felt like they were lacking some key element. At the completion of the Efficient Coach course, I truly feel like the course filled in all the voids. It literally covered all the bases - mental, emotional, psychological, and spiritual. I feel like I truly have a grasp of both Spiritual Coaching and my own life spiritual path. I highly recommend this course to anyone interested in strengthening their own spirituality and helping others on their unique soul journey through this Earth life school.
