I'm enjoying the content of the course, as well as the layout. However, I think the level of the information assumes that the student has a much higher understanding of neuroscience coming into the program. I find myself doing a good bit of research outside of the course in order to improve my understanding.

Life Coach Training

This training was very indepth, covered various areas, and styles of coaching, what coaching is and is not. It also taught about how to set up your practice to cover the areas that are of interest to you or the type of clients you want to help. Overall this has really helped me skill up in starting my journey as a life Coach.

Naturalistico’s Grief Coach Certification was a very meaningful and well-structured course. The lessons were clear and easy to follow, and I liked that it was self-paced so I could study in my own time. The course explains grief in a holistic and trauma-informed way, not just from theory but also through real and practical tools. I learned how neuroscience, somatic practices, psychology, ritual, and coaching all work together to support people in grief. The focus on presence helped me understand how important it is to truly hold space for clients.
