I have been meditating since I was a child and I have been a curious learner all my life. This course has touched upon many things that I have known about for a long time but I have also learned a lot about aspects that I was aware of but never explored as deeply as this course teaches. Initially I was unsure about the course as I had hoped for an educational focused course; however, as time went on I realised the holistic approach was much more beneficial to both the coach and client and as a result I have used some of the suggested techniques in my working practice.

the first two modules were extremely intense. It was hard to get through those two modules to get to the more "practical" modules.
