easy to navigate
While some of what was discussed in the modules were learned as I began mentoring students and neurodivergent creatives, it helps to know for certain the principles behind the process and the practice. This is a must for every coach.
Being in this industry since 1999 with Autistic siblings has opened my eyes and refreshed information while introducing new coaching concepts.
This program was full of concrete information that was applicable, useful and ready to implement. The program was easy to use, manageable and adjustable to be user friendly.

I found this coaching session to be much more in depth and practical than I anticipated for the price point. I am a seasoned professional with 3 college degrees and found myself not only learning new materials and resources but also stretching my vocabulary as well. This is not a high-level over-view. It is both informative and practice forming.
The training was very well structured and professionally designed. It covered key ADHD coaching areas such as emotional regulation, executive functioning, ethics, and cultural sensitivity. The scenarios were realistic and encouraged systemic thinking rather than one-size-fits-all solutions. This course opens up so much knowledge or review of all the tools- means and ways a health practitioner or trainer can teach their clients about health and how to get their health on optimal capacity.
