While I have engaged in So Hum and alternate nostril breathing exercises, this course really opened my eyes to the beautiful and plentiful mediation techniques available as well as the health benefits of each.
It was informative and easy to understand. I would recommend it for professionals who has been working with children, as it is very theoretical. Overall a good experience and most importantly self-paced.
I absolutely love this course! I enrolled to gain education and introspection for myself as much or more than future clients. This course is a fantastic standalone course for anyone who wants to gain the power of physical, mental, and emotional health through science, research, ocean immersion, and introspection. Highly recommend!
