My expectations were way too high on these courses. There were no links to Resources, the quizes during each module were framed at those that have already learned the content and I've successfully completed the course without feeling like I have any actual tools to begin. This is no more than an AI derived (perhaps also even recorded) collection of information. BUT also a really great way to introduce yourself to the subject.

I was counted wrong for the correct answers according to the information / reading that was provided. I have sent emails with proof showing the mistakes along with your reading material. I know a mistake happens but, this has happened while taking BOTH of my certificates. I have worked hard on trying to maintain a great grade and to be my best because, I did take my reading material and testing very seriously.
This makes me feel as if the certificate is a joke and was a money scam.
This course had two exam questions that had duplicate answers. I also got two questions apparently incorrect, when they were completely accurate. Screenshots can be provided. I would like the exam questions corrected and my own exam looked at to change the percentage to accurately reflect what I should have received.
Absolutely no feedback throughout the course. It was dry, quizzes were long answer and didn't really test any knowledge gained. The final exam popped up automatically at the end of the Module 10 quiz without warning and suddenly was multiple choice - nothing explained or described would happen at all. I would not take another course from this company in the future.
I have done many distance-learning courses and unfortunately, I never had an experience such as this. I was never able to attend any of the live classes not from a lack of trying! I waited and waited more than once and the teacher never showed up. I was never able to reach any teacher nor get any questions answered. I had to figure it all out by myself. I went out an got the book at the library about the method and lo and behold! It was the course!! So, I could have just studied the book all by myself, which is what ended up happening, and it would have been the same.
Not exactly what I look for in a serious educational setting.
I had initially signed up for two classes at once. This is the first of the two. I will be doing the second, hoping that it goes better. However, I will wait before I get started because I found this experience unpleasant.

States they have certification stamps but they are not official. You can only tell the difference after you download the PDF. Felt like a complete waste of time and money. THEY ARE MISSING ESSENTIAL PIECES OF THE CERTIFICATION STAMPS AND ARE LITTLERALLY JUST RIPPED OFF GOOGLE IMAGES. DO NOT BUY.

This course is very clearly written by A.I. The content is rubbish. It is a horrible word salad that constantly repeats itself. I wouldn't bother wasting your time with this course. The A.I. voice over for the work books is horrible. The quizzes and the quiz answers are rubbish, they don't have any meaning or correlation to the topic. There was no human input for this content whatsoever. This course lacks any meaning or relevance to the topic. There is no soul in this course. It is 100% A.I crap. Wish I could get my time back.
I think the Modules and the Quiz should be better than what it is. You are having to go through a lot of reading and describe answers in the quiz, and you go through all that reading and research and then there is a suggested answer and the suggested answer is the same answer you gave. I am not understanding that, and it makes the course longer and boring, drawn out.
