The course was excellent. It broke the session down where you can understand and ask you question in between to make sure you understand.

Overall, a fascinating and enriching course that leaves you looking at the ocean, and your relationship with it, in a completely new way.

The quizes helped me understand more
While I found the course to be informative, the computer-generated voice became very monotonous, and it had extreme difficulty with the pronunciation of many of the Latin plant names. Maybe including some vids of people would increase the connectivity with the group.
I really enjoyed this course. I am a teacher, and I work with preschool-aged children. I love how this parallels my educational background. I find play therapy to be extremely fascinating and useful in the classroom.
I am a massage therapist and yoga instructor excited to support more people somatically with this course. Very good and simple outline to follow, I loved the audio aspect of the course while reading along.
