Highly recommended. You will not want to do only one lesson-- you will want to do 3-5. It just keeps begging to be read and implemented in your own life and the life of your clients.
Its just okay so far. Not really liking the long Quizzes at the end.
This is about allowing more people to help others with their experience, and not be held back by daunting requirements and demands from the education system. I took my time with my course and did a lot of my own work while studying over the last year. I’ve been a stay-at-home mom most of my life and never did well in the school system due to family trauma and bullying. It set me back, and I was really disappointed I didn’t go to university. 30 years of therapy led me to discover I wanted to be a coach. I even took a 12-week in-depth coaching course while caring for my mom during her terminal illness treatment 3 years ago. During that course I was finally able to get an ADHD diagnosis — something I’d been trying to do for decades. I threw my old, slapped-on diagnosis of bipolar out the window, along with all the meds I’d tried. I took my power back and decided coaching was more helpful to me than any medication I’d ever taken. After my mom passed away I started hunting for a coaching course, and I came across this one on Facebook. I signed up right away, as well as for a yoga teacher training course. Funny enough, the yoga instructor also holds a Positive Psychology certificate, which I found out once I received the welcome email. I thought that was some amazing alignment! Coaching is highly effective for people in recovery from narcissistic abuse, people who have survived trauma, and people with multiple barriers. It doesn’t mean overnight we won’t need the system or medical assistance, but we can gain control of our lives again and our lives can become more manageable. I’m so happy I chose this path; it blends perfectly with my spiritually enriched side. I have a background in yoga philosophy, lucid dreamwork, and recovery through inner child healing and past life regression. I have always struggled to maintain independence from doctors, like my mom did, but I think I’m breaking that cycle, along with many others. I plan to use this course to help people of all ages shift from dysfunction, negative cycles, and relationship patterns that don’t serve them. This was an amazing journey. For years i was desiring to study Christian Counselling. I searched for courses but couldn't find any. At the most challenging time in my life, I found this course and I was like wow God is this how you work? How I am suppose to study this course with my heart so heavy with the grief of my only brother. but God in His power use the course to start my healing. Every module comforted me. Wow God, indeed you a Faithful God ( EL Emunah) thank you for the opportunity to obtain this certificate.
This was such a well structured and thoughtful course. The study material, the ease of understanding the material, the self paced access and the takeaways of scripts and business ideas are all fantastic and are an absolute value for money. This course helped me advance in my own meditation practice and has given me so much confidence to be able to make a difference to other people's lives!
