I knew what forest bathing is, i have been practicing this for many years. But understanding the broader umbrella of sylvotherapy and how it incorporates so much more than simply walking in a forest and hugging a tree ... wow, this has truly opened my eyes and i'm so very excited to grow as a sylvotherapist, teaching others of these incredible benefits!
