I knew what forest bathing is, i have been practicing this for many years. But understanding the broader umbrella of sylvotherapy and how it incorporates so much more than simply walking in a forest and hugging a tree ... wow, this has truly opened my eyes and i'm so very excited to grow as a sylvotherapist, teaching others of these incredible benefits! I am really enjoying this course and finding it very informative and easy to follow.
I have mentioned this already, but this course was marketed with a human being in a video. Not the case. The writing is not bad, but without visuals or diagrams, it's very AI.
