I'm feeling more immerse with positive Psychology now that I'm halfway with my course.
I have so many good things to say about this course thus far. It is packed with straight forward information sourced from studies. There is no nonsense or fluff present.
Without a doubt, the best Ayurveda course you can find online. Very comprehensive, complete and practical. I truly enjoyed it!!!
I love that I was able to listen to the audio at a speed that was right for me while I read along. I used the notes to help me reinforce concepts that were a bit more complex. The exercises made it possible for me to connect to each concept. The quizzes were relevant to each module. Overall, it was an awesome experience.

Having a degree in psychology I am able to see many solid psychological principles built into this course. However, I wish the section on trauma counseling had gone into more detail
