As a DNA-based health coach, I found this course to be comprehensive and encompassing a wide range of genetics understanding from simple to complex. Informative, thorough, and useful strategies to benefit my practice.
One of my most favorite units that I taught in my junior English classes was Transcendentalism. I love Ralph Waldo Emerson and Henry David Thoreau, even so much that in preparation for teaching the unit, I rented a cabin in the woods for a week in the summer while I created my classroom lessons. Now that I am retired, this course has brought me back in touch with Nature and has provided more in-depth information about the science of sylvotherapy.
This course has been such a valuable journey for me. It helped me understand the human body in a much deeper way—not only through the philosophy of Chinese Medicine, which I was already familiar with, but also by giving me the chance to dive into it on a whole new level.
Through the spirit of Touch for Health and kinesiology, I’ve discovered tools and perspectives that I know will stay with me. The Wheel of Emotions and Brain Gym really stood out for me, as well as The PACE Method, the muscle tests, the acupressure correction techniques, reflex points, and neuro-lymphatic points. These are incredible tools that I can apply right away, giving me not only better diagnostic insight but also more effective therapeutic results.
The kinesiology session examples were also extremely helpful—they brought the techniques to life and showed me exactly how to integrate them in practice. I feel truly grateful for such a thorough and well-structured course, and I’m excited to bring all these methods into my work. Eleni Asteriadi
