What a fantastic course! Even though I innately knew the effects of being in a forest, this course has taught me to what extent Sylvotherapy is important in people's lives at this moment. I've been in a Sylvotherapy session but am looking forward to being the one running it. My friends are also very curious and looking forward to it. This course was comprehensive with studies, exercises and practical applications and I feel confident in being able to apply them in my own sessions.

This course far exceeded my expectations. The content is presented in a clear, compassionate, and highly evidence-informed way, integrating knowledge about autism, neurodiversity, sensory processing, executive functioning and coaching into a cohesive and deeply respectful framework. What impressed me most was the truly neurodiversity-affirming approach. Rather than focusing on “fixing” or normalizing autistic individuals, the course emphasizes understanding how autistic people experience the world, honoring their strengths, and providing concrete tools to support autonomy, self-regulation, and overall well-being.
Really enjoyed this course and it was very thorough and in depth.
I have learned so much. And from here I plan on continuing to inform myself on ocean therapy.
