The information in this course is great. I find myself bringing it up often in my outdoor education classes!

Why I love the Ocean

Now I know why I love the Ocean so much it's part of me and I am part of it. I have learned so much so far and feel a deep connection to why the Ocean is so healing. Some of it is a bit overwhelming how I would feel putting this into practice. Slow breathes and letting it all sink in.

This course is very in-depth. It offers a very comprehensive training for sylvotherapy and I feel so knowledgeable after taking the course. I have looked into other training courses and I picked this one because it is backed by science.

Useful and Loving It

I have found this very useful and am loving it, though there's so much to learn on the scientific side I feel like I need a botany refresher course. I do wish there was a companion book to buy as well, maybe I missed that. One thing I will suggest -- I am finding that when I take the exams in each module, I often answer correctly but in a language not exact to the suggested responses. I'd prefer to see more multiple choice and less written questions. I am also hoping there's a solid way to review so much scientific end of the course before the final exam. Learning all of the Latin tree names or what each plant does chemically and it's effects on the body is a bit daunting.
