My experience with the course

My experience with the course so far has been truly inspiring and eye-opening. I appreciate how it not only provides practical, step-by-step instructions for different natural building techniques but also encourages critical thinking about sustainability, culture, and our connection to the land. The content is clearly explained, thoughtfully structured, and grounded in real-life examples. I feel more confident and motivated to apply this knowledge in practice and explore alternative ways of building that are both environmentally responsible and deeply human. It’s a refreshing and empowering learning journey!

I like the content, the format is pretty dry and boring

The content in this course is great. I expected to have videos with instructors teaching, using powerpoint and other media. This course is presented via PDFs that you can read or listen to audio of someone reading it. So, it is a little dry / boring from that perspective.

Definitely 5-star content

I'm from the mountains of Idaho. So growing up in the woods among outdoorsmen, being a boy scout, and basic outdoors skills taught from being in the military I have a good base of knowledge that this course has been a fantastic refresher on. However, given all that, I have still learned quite a bit of new information from this course already and I'm only three modules in.

Sylvotherapy

Interesting. Somewhat overwhelming. Some of the quiz question were not clearly asked, or I did not understand on first reading. Also, it it teaching me the vastness of our forest and it wonderful healing effects on me. :)
