The course was perfect for me. I've had a lot of experience leading groups on walks in urban forests to reconnect with nature, but I wanted to learn how to specifically deliver the sylvotherapy program. The modules were thorough, science-based, and easy to understand. The info in the career module had great suggestions for how to reach an audience online.
