Absolutely loving this course, currently studing the learning module (3) which is seamlessly aligning with my coaching program that focuses on middle aged men and the changes they expereince such as forgetting names more frequently then in their past, with clear actionable ways to help them (and me) improve this particulary procedral skill.

I have found this course really useful for someone studying Ayurveda for the first time. The content are easy to follow through and I love learning the information from this course.
