I enjoyed the class. Some of the modules were overwhelming. I would have preferred an in person experience, however: this was a great introduction class.
Thank you for this course as well as the ability to reread course handbook! Course provided objective responses to a field that is always talked about.
It's interesting, although, I seem to intuitively use these practises anyway in my coaching. Having said that, it is useful to be able to put the concepts into a formalised manner
