Very interesting and useful! It is incredible how it puts in perspective all the information we already have, innate and acquired, mentally organising it! Though, there are quite a bit of biological terminologies, there are interesting and mindblowing!
I loved the example and the scripts, the name of the tool, the process and the imgaination excersises are great. Thanks. Although for me not everything is in line with ICF competencies therefore I will use them differently.

very Educational, and easy tio learn. I have had experiences with aromatherapy, forest bathing and other Sharmanistic experiences during my life, but have never actually indulged in the content of what i was doing and its direct effect on the body and mind. very enjoyable
