Overall great course! May be a nice add-on would be including learning videos and the test questions to be with multiple choice just like the final exam!

pretty straight forward
The course was easy to understand, and each activity provided meaningful opportunities to reflect on and apply the concepts to my own experience of grief while also learning how to apply these concepts when supporting others through their grief.

Course was easy and informative. had me engaged throughout the course and made me realize that this is something I've been wanting to do for a while.
This is overall a good course to follow - the handouts are excellent. I mixed up my learning with the audio and self reading as I struggled with the voice over after a while, but this does give you options. I would study again with Efficient Coach thank you

I had a great experience completing the Menopause Coaching Certification. The course covered a wide range of topics related to menopause, including physical, emotional, nutritional, and lifestyle considerations. I have been working with the Honor Yoga Foundation for almost two years. They offered me this course despite my reluctance. I never liked schooling much. To my surprise, this course not only gave me many insights and ideas but was also laid out in a structured, flowing way. The study included materials, PDFs, and exercises, which will be a valued ongoing benefit.
