This was a very informative course
Self guided but informative and allows for a good broad understanding of grief coaching. Its a good base,
This course provided some valuable content and technical information - I would like more friendly and approachable content as well related to this subject
It was very educational and it helped me work through my own grief while taking this course.
I didn't know that Sylvotherapy existed, let alone "forest bathing" until I saw an ad on Facebook. The ad likely popped up because I was in Yosemite and I was unknowingly practicing forest bathing and connecting with nature instinctively. I was doing it because I always "feel better" physically after spending time in the forest and/or nature. So, the course was a surprise for me and I signed up immediately. I am not sure how or if I will use the knowledge and the certification professionally, because this was something I did for myself!
Good so far
Research-based and informative.
Very interesting and informative
Nice system that is very easy to navigate!
Really enjoying the course it’s exactly what I needed.
Thank you
so far its been tricky to navigate this sytem new to me with no support from naturalistico, ive been working in addiction for years so its good to get back to basics sometimes when we are delivering groups or 121 we get caught up in the story and not the solution for someone who its tech savy its tricky but worth it. lets see how it goes this is my first course to date.
This course was thought provoking and very helpful. The tools are great and it is wrapped up nicely!
I have completed the Spiritual Coach Course! I am pleased with what Efficient Coach Courses have to offer! I highly recommend their courses. A lot of knowledge and very supportive! Thank you so much Efficient Coach Team! I appreciate you! As many of us do! Happy New Year!
User Friendly, and Easy to Navigate. Lots of Information.
Although looking to use within my role to help primary aged Neurodiverse individuals, it is also really helping me to navigate my own ADHD challenges both within a professional and home workspace. The strategies offered are very tangible and can be easily utilised.
