The information is good, but I wish it could be more interactive. The questions are very open ended and it is sometimes hard to be very detailed.

IFS coach program

This is by far the best foundational IFS course I have found and recommend it to anyone. Once you complete this, all the other training on the matter will make sense.

I can really see how this course will make me less afraid and more confident in my ability to act as an integration coach for clients completing psilocybin trips!

Good Course

I already knew a lot about grief since I am a griever myself. I took this course to become certified to help others. I learned the names for the things I had already experienced, and new ways to help others. It is all reading or audio which makes it a bit tough to stay focused on, but other than that it was great.
