Sylvotherapy
I just completed the course and despite years of forest bathing, I now have a knowledge and understanding of the science behind the health benefits. I feel more confident in leading individuals or groups in a sylvotherapy session for healing. Beyond my expectations
Choosing a Forest Therapy course that matched my gifts and passions was very important to me so I followed my hearts guidance and chose Alma Oasis.
