Sylvotherapy: report on research
Interesting to learn about different trees and plants. The studies referenced have very small sample sizes and numerous confounding factors. Addressing these limitations is crucial for maintaining credibility.

A new and precious asset in my life
My background is in forestry, so throughout my career I have been aware of the mental and physical health benefits of forests on a theoretical level. However, I must admit that I have somehow overlooked its practical use so far.
