Outstanding
I love how the training flowed with this course and I have learned some invaluable information! I fully recommend this course to anyone who is interested!!!
I find it very interesting and cannot wait to do the next one. 10 out of 10
Good, just getting started
This course not only helped me to better understand forest bathing and the incredible properties of various trees and plants, but it also helped me to understand things that I was already experiencing in my own mindful practices. After this course, I can honestly say I have a higher understanding of the sensory value of nature and all the healing benefits that are possible just by being out and connecting with mother earth. I am excited to build a practice for myself and others.
Good job
Love the self-pace, the chance to correct your answers, and the openness to multiple perspectives/answers
I found the course to be both informative and interesting. The content was quite in depth, which I found highly beneficial.
