This course was enlightening and informative. I would hightly reccomend it.
I’m loving the content!
excellent!
I am loving this course. As an LCSW and nature lover I am eager to bring the addition of forest therapy to my practice.
I am enjoying everything that I am learning.
This course is easy to use. I appreciate that the program is completely self-paced. This makes it convenient to work around my time.
a little overwhelming.... Don't understand some stuff
This has been somewhat challenging for me with all the reading. I'm a visual learner. I've accepted that it will take me longer than I would want to take. Overall, the course is very informative and written in a very helpful manner. I find some of the quiz questions difficult to connect to the assignment. I just keep moving forward, doing the best I can.
Thank you!
Very insightful
so far so good
Course is interesting. Unit 3 was especially useful and provides much insight.
Very interesting and well done course.
I really enjoyed the course and can't wait to get out in the woods. I also look forward to sharing this information with my clients and after more practice, be able to lead others in forest bathing. This was a good introduction to the concept.
I am an Ecotherapist with many years training and certificates in Aromatherapy, Permaculture, energy work, shamanism, Herbalism, Chakras, crystals, Reiki and others. I am immensely enjoying this program in Forest Healing. I am so excited to be able to bring this information to my clients with confidence. I am loving the content too. It is very informative and generous in its teachings. I am so looking forward to bringing my clients in the forest with these new insights and connections!
A lot of information with out much practical guidance of how to apply it. Case studies would be helpful and exercises to apply some of the information.
