I’m currently studying to become an Art Therapy Practitioner, and the journey has been incredibly insightful. This course is deepening my understanding of how creativity can be a powerful tool for healing, self-expression, and personal growth. I'm also learning about different conditions affecting the elderly, such as dementia, and exploring ways to support them through art. At the same time, I’m gaining knowledge on how to work with children, using creative methods to encourage emotional expression and development. I hope to integrate these learnings into my work as a craft instructor and author, creating meaningful experiences that inspire and empower people of all ages. Excited to see where this journey takes me!

I have really enjoyed the course, there is a lot of content and it is clear and easy to understand. I would have liked more info on how to use the medicinal plants that are mentioned. But I suppose I can research that myself at a later date.
