Review of the Positive Psychology Certification Course
The Positive Psychology Certification Course from Efficient Coach provided a well-structured and insightful exploration of positive psychology principles. The course covered key concepts such as resilience, gratitude, and the science of well-being, offering practical techniques to apply both personally and professionally.
This course aligns perfectly with my doctoral research on meaning and well-being in healthcare technology professionals. It reinforced my understanding of the PERMA model and Positive Organizational Scholarship (POS), which are central to my study. The evidence-based strategies for fostering engagement and reducing burnout will directly inform my work on improving job satisfaction and technology adoption in digital health.
Highly recommended for anyone looking to integrate positive psychology into their professional practice!
Interesting journey, although I don't know if it's best option yet, I will start one by one, step by step, client by client and see where it leads me to. I like this experience and I think it suits me.
Loved the course. Full of extremely good information that can help with your own animals or to start a practice as an holistic animal practitioner/animal naturopath
I love the course content and the ease of accessing and reading the materials. It would be great if there are animated sessions to keep the learning fun and engaging.
It can be frustrating at answers I provide. My last question on goals could have more than one correct answer. My biggest concern, is from day one, I can not spin off my modules on jpeg Your format is pdf and i can not change.

Thank you

this course is interesting, i can manage my time to finish and do the quiz with a right answer by reading it over and over again. you can download the pdf copy f each lesson. makes you can master the knowledge even better.
I feel very grounded with the course content, themes and practices. This course is helping me to better equip myself to deliver my service in Holistic Medicine.
The chapters are set up clearly by topic and organized well. I like that we can listen to the audio while reading along for better mastery. Looking forward to putting this learning to use.
