Course was great, and went in depth into just the right areas of importance.
Would have been nice to have a little more focus on North American trees and plants, but it was still very informative.
I have submitted my review ,however, I still have issues with loading My pC requires Only jpeg format. I cannot download pdf. Thank you for your assistance.
The content is great! it would be so lovely to have someone to bounce ideas off and get further clarification on some elements but it is an added aspect to have to research my queries myself. I am really enjoying it so far!
This course was exactly what I needed. Not only did I learn how to help my clients, but I also learned a few things that I immediately applied to my relationship, which has improved it even more.
I chose this course to gain additional tools as a NeuroCoach. While respecting the boundaries of coaching, this very demanding course provides numerous insights, practical exercises, and in-depth concepts on the subject
Gained new knowledge re: the scientific facts n benefits about trees and plants and history .
Learned the difference between hiking in the forest and forest bathing.
More aware of environmental pollutants and their harmful effects .
And the effects of different trees .
I am learning that I really did not know the impact of unhealthy environments until I took this course. There is so much to learn and so much material in just Modules 1-3. I am excited to continue....
A comprehensive and thorough guide to the subject. I would have appreciated links to the studies cited, and that would have made the course more scientifically reliable. Some of the questions in the quiz section were a bit ambiguous, but this did not impede instruction. LOTS of resources provided in the course itself. Thank you for an enjoyable and educational experience.
