The chapters are set up clearly by topic and organized well. I like that we can listen to the audio while reading along for better mastery. Looking forward to putting this learning to use.

Though I have an MSc in Psychology and Positive Psychology was one of the modules I took, this is a great reminder and there are a lot of exercises that makes it more engaging and rewarding.

Don't like the structure or quizzes. It is very challenging to understand.

I would not recommend this course about Positive Psychology because it is very challenging to understand, the course format is disjointed, and the quizzes are all open answer format. You don't really know if you are answering the questions correctly or not. I am not getting out of the course what I feel I should be. I think the course should be restructured. The only positive things about the course is the session guidance to go through and some of the exercises/questionnaires.

I like it very much. A lot of information. Would be nice to have more information about essential oils and how to use them safely.
