I feel as though the course pilled to much information into it. I feel many of the things I learned did not correspond with forest therapy. The short response questions and expecting people to remember many names of plants and people doesn't support many peoples learning styles. I enjoyed learning about these things however I do feel this course should be revised.

It has been eye opening. I love the exercises even though I am a psychologist who took Positive Psychology as a module during my MSc, I appreciate the style of delivery and the activities that are used.
