I am concerned with participants unfamiliar with plants, foraging for culinary Sylvotherapy. Providing them with the detailed information needed to do this safely seems that it would interrupt the peaceful therapeutic aspects of the experience.

Sylvotherapy

I just completed the course and despite years of forest bathing, I now have a knowledge and understanding of the science behind the health benefits. I feel more confident in leading individuals or groups in a sylvotherapy session for healing. I am excited to add this certification to my toolbox to not only help me personally, but help others to use nature to heal.
