Nutrition chapter is Amazing.

I loved this course! It was thoroughly engaging, informative and enjoyable. I did my first Forest Therapy session last Saturday for a friend in her beautiful backyard. She is going through chemo and radiation and was tired and in pain before we started. By the end, she was vibrant and felt good!
