Sailing Away

Though I struggle with ADHD and Anxiety from many of my own negative experiences, I feel I am able to shift my perspective through this course and turn my negative thinking into positive outcomes through the exercises. I can visualize how I will be helping others down the road, and transmuting negative thoughts becomes effortless, as I work through this course. It's fitting into my life swimmingly.

Sylvotherapy Course

After Module 5, it's getting more interesting and specific. Be aware, you have a lot of learning and practicing to do on your own before you will feel anywhere near ready to lead a group! There is no practical aspect to this course (all online) so there is no guarantee you will be prepared to actually lead a group and do the 'complex' work it's described as being. There is a lot of information here, but it needs to be applied in a very self-directed way.
