A very comprehensive well documented study

I really appreciate and learn a lot about ADHD, the training is well structured, with lots of good examples, inviting to reflect and reaffirm knowledge and understanding I am happy to have this coaching course

I have a lot of experience with helping manage ADHD symptoms, teaching self-regulation and coping skills. I am still finding these modules to be well written, and informative.

Having completed thje first 3 modules, I can say the reading is easy. The topics are presented in a logical manner and the exercises / quizzes addtress the hghlights of the module.

Finding my Purpose

I’ve taken many classes focused on helping people make meaning of their lives, and it feels like all of them have been leading me to this work. Moving through this course has only deepened that sense of alignment and made me even more excited to become a grief practitioner.
