Taking these classes to earn my Naturopathic Coach certification has been such an incredible experience. A lot of valuable information
There is a lot of gene-level detail, here. You need to already have a pretty good handle on human anatomy, physiology, & genetics to understand what you're being taught. Scientific terms are thrown about with little to no explanation.
