This menopause coaching course was incredibly valuable and practical. I gained actionable techniques that I plan to immediately implement into my practice to better support women through weight loss and hormonal changes. The content was clear, empowering, and easy to apply in real-life settings. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to help women become the best version of themselves.
Honestly, it's really hard to get through. It's very dry and very repetitive. It only has some specific advice and I have to weed through a lot to get through it. The quizzes are hard to predict and sometimes the questions are confusing.

This Ikigai Certificate Course was excellent and truly well worth it. The class was well-organized, easy to follow, and extremely engaging. I learned a lot, but what stood out most was how much it dispelled some of the beliefs I previously had about Ikigai and replaced them with a deeper, more accurate understanding. The course gave me real insight into the philosophies and principles behind Ikigai, and it helped me connect the concept to practical coaching in a way that feels meaningful and usable. I’m leaving with more clarity, confidence, and a stronger foundation than I expected. Highly recommended.
