very imfomative and insightful. Had many changes in my personal life and this course took way longer than i hoped. but i did it, in my own time and pace. There was no pressure.....could review course whenever i needed too or listen to modules when was short on time and had to multitask.

The Ikigai coaching course provides valuable information and a strong foundation for understanding its principles. However, I believe the learning experience could benefit from a more human element throughout the course. Having an instructor explain concepts through real-life examples, personal experiences, interactive exercises, and practical demonstrations would make the material more engaging and easier to understand. While the written content is informative, learning to become a coach requires more than reading and answering questions. It also requires seeing how these principles are applied in real conversations and coaching situations. Adding more personal guidance and human interaction would make the course feel more connected, practical, and meaningful.
Very thorough and comprehensive course
This course covers a generic introductory baseline for all the areas that you would cover in a general coaching practice. This is a good place to start, but should in no way be considered a complete course in wellness coaching. The course it's self is easy to use, its basically a huge document that you can read on your own or have it read to you by a computer generated voice followed by 10 question quizzes after each module, where you can check your understanding. I would recommend this program to anyone who is thinking about getting into coaching to see if the topics interest you before investing a ton of time or money into other education.
