I enjoyed the content.

One of the greatest advantages is the flexibility of the course. The lessons can be read online, printed for later review, or used as a practical reference when needed. I really enjoyed completing this course. I found that the material was very thorough and I liked having examples to understand the course more deeply. I would have personally enjoyed to see diagrams, and a little less redundancy, but overall a fun course to take. I am looking forward to practice my knowledge and coaching skills on my family members who have already come to me asking about the course and the possibility of their own habitual changes.

It was very easy to navigate through the module and each part has been explained in a way that's easy to understand.
I'm an early childhood educator and occasionally work along side occupational therapists to assist the children. This has really opened my eyes into looking into knowledge that I can bring into my center, and ways i can further assist the children in our care. There is so much information in this course that has been so incredibly valuable.
Curso muy interesante para reafirmar conocimientos y ponerlos en práctica de manera inmediata ya que existe mucha gente con desequilibrios de mucha índole y por tanto viven con estrés acumulado que desencadena muchos desórdenes y hasta enfermedades crónicas degenerativas por falta de intervención temprana.
